How to request a Order Cancellation, Return, or Exchange?
Please email sales@doublea-official.com with your order details (order number, full name, shipping address, and mobile number), along with a description of your concern. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1β2 business days.
Returns and Refunds for International Orders:
- We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.Β

In the case of defective items, please email us at sales@doublea-official.com. Make sure toΒ include clear photos of the product. Upon review, a full refund of the item price will be processed immediately.
How Soon Can I Get My Refund?
- Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method, usually within 4β10 working days.
Returns and exchanges for Domestic Orders:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges provided the item is in its original condition and is returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Custom-made items, including those tailored in specific measurements or colors, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- During sale periods, returns and exchanges are accepted only within 3 days from the date of purchase.
