Ostrich Leather Care Instructions

How to Care
Ostrich leather is a delicate exotic material valued for its distinctive texture and natural softness. To maintain its appearance, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove dust and surface particles. Handle with clean, dry hands and allow the leather to breathe naturally. Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, preferably in a breathable dust bag to help preserve its shape and finish. For conditioning, stain treatment, or deep cleaning, always consult a professional leather specialist experienced with exotic skins.
Avoid
Avoid exposing ostrich leather to water, rain, humidity, oils, perfumes, cosmetics, or alcohol-based products, as these may stain or alter the leatherβs natural finish. Do not place the item near radiators, heaters, hairdryers, or prolonged intense sunlight, as excessive heat can dry, crack, or fade the leather over time. Avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces that may scratch or damage the skinβs texture. Never machine wash, tumble dry, iron, or use harsh cleaning agents or household chemicals on the leather.
