-The Jacket/Coat/Vest length you provided is only under your responsibility and our only responsibility is to abide by it.

-In case of any size alternations requested and not reflected on the size guide, prices may vary from 15% to 20% increase of the item price. In that case, an email will be sent to you by our sales team before processing your order.

- Items that are custom made, in terms of measurements and colors are non-refundable

- We only customize the length of the jacket/skirt and not any other measurements.

- We can only customize sizes that are consistent with our size guide.

-Upon your request of customizing a different size not reflected in the size guide, please not that the difference between each size will be 1 cm in shoulders, 4 CMs in bust, 4 CMs in waist, and 4 CMs in hips.
