Returns & exchanges:
If you were unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchange if it was only in the same condition as purchased and within 3 days from the date you received the item in.
For orders placed insided Cairo it may take up to 2-4 working days
For order placed outside cairo, it may take up to 3-5 working days
How to return an item?
Please send an email to [email protected] mentioning the order details (order number, name, address, mobile number) and your concern and we will get back to you in 1-2 business days.
Kindly be notified that all shipping costs are handled by the customer

– Please note that customs are not calculated in total amount
– Tax and Custom Duties should be paid upon delivery
Returns and exchange:
– returns and exchanges are within 3 days of delivery.
– if you have any concern regarding your order, please email us on [email protected]
– Customers will be responsible for organizing the return/exchange to the designated address that will be provided by Double A through email
– Double A will reimburse the customer for the return/exchange costs only in case the item was defected.
– In case of defected items, please email Double A with the item pictures and that will be followed by an immediate refund of the full item price and return cost that was incurred by the customer to return the item.
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 4-10 working days.
